✅ Foreign entrepreneurs /senior managers who plan to start or purchase a business in Prince Edward Island (PEI)
✅ Have business management experience and the ability to operate a business
✅ Have the financial capacity to invest and run a business in PEI


申请条件 | Requirements



📌 拥有 至少 600,000 加元净资产
📌 过去 5 年内至少有 3 年企业管理经验 或高管经验
📌 申请前 2 年内的 语言成绩 CLB 5 及以上（雅思 G 类 4.0-5.0）
📌 最低高中学历（或同等学历）
📌 计划投资并积极参与 PEI 本地企业运营
📌 申请人及其家人需符合体检和无犯罪记录要求


📌 Minimum net worth of CAD 600,000
📌 At least 3 years of business management or senior executive experience in the past 5 years
📌 Language proficiency of CLB 5 or above (IELTS General 4.0-5.0) within the last 2 years
📌 Minimum high school education (or equivalent)
📌 Must actively manage and invest in a PEI business
📌 Must meet medical and security requirements

Register and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in the PEI system.

📩 受邀+面试 | Invitation & Interview

收到邀请后，提交正式申请并完成面试。
Receive an invitation, submit a full application, and complete the interview.

📜 签署协议 | Sign Agreement

面试通过后，签订商业绩效协议。
Upon passing the interview, sign the Business Performance Agreement.

✈️ 获得工签 | Obtain Work Permit

申请工作签证并登陆 PEI 开展业务。
Apply for a work permit and move to PEI to establish your business.
